What my company used to do, person A asks for higher hour rate. Manager can’t get approval from his manager.
Person A quits, but is told you can always apply for the job again. Request for a new hire is made, people show up, also person A. In the end person A is hired for a better hour rate.
I do know a scrum coach that tried this only to be not hired because person B showed up and they liked him more.

“Not in Education, Employment or Training”, its an acronym for people that don’t go to school, don’t work and are mot looking for work.
Too many features but also autocomplete isn’t working? So I guess you do want many features?

What does it do?
Exactly the same, what kind of lame bs is this, the best thing about the Linux community is that people help each other, not for money or fake internet points, but because they are good people.
Yes but I felt adding the “je” part would make it more confusing for non Dutch readers.
In the Netherlands basically everyone uses whatsapp. In the beginning people would say send me a whatsapp or something like that. But pretty quickly people started to shorten it to just app. So people will say stuff like I just got an app (instead of message), it drives me nuts. Like my family chat group is called “app group”.

I had the same experience until i bought an HP (Omen) gaming laptop a couple of years ago. Even regular Ubuntu didn’t boot from USB drive. I had to mess with some kernel parameters (ACPI or something) to even boot it. Unfortunately sometimes you have some hardware or weird bios that just doesn’t work. Never had this with any other laptop after

The thing is, we recognize a truck with stickers of a stopsign, while AI vision gets confused.
Waymo (Googles self driving side hussle) was build on lidar and other sensors and has been using robot taxis for many years now in geofenced specific areas.
For me definitely steps, I walk 5000 steps on a work day, when I actually have time off its more like 10K steps. I would stop working and just walk with my dog for an full hour every day. Combine that with normal daily stuff I’ll definitely get 10K steps (2500 euros/dollars) every day. That’s almost a million a year.
Imagine buying a PC but only be able to install anything from one app store made by the manufacturer

It works on all devices, it doesn’t need power, you can use it on a walkman from the 80s if you want. It can also rotate and is a lot more durable than USBC.
Yeah if bugs didn’t exist I’d be homeless too
