

It is basically a ceiling to how much you can pay in taxes.
A foreigner moving to Italy can either
- enter the normal taxation regime, and pay according to all (domestic and foreign) incomes they have;
- decide to pay 200.000€ a year + 25.000€ per family member, no questions asked on foreign income (for up to 15 years).


I would say that it mostly depends on the complexity of the photo. Random Instagram model posing for the camera? You can get it out of the box with a press of a button in your machine. Complex photo with multiple subjects and cluttered background? That would need lots of human work.
