In my opinion look much nicer in a home compared to ceiling mounts. I also run TP-Link Omada router and switches and selfhost the controller.

If you don’t mind using your phone then this is how mine is setup.
I use Microsoft Lens on the phone to make the scans. The folder that Microsoft Lens outputs to is synced to the Paperless consume folder with Syncthing. So basically, all the scans that I take with Microsoft Lens go right into Paperless automatically.
Even though I also have a printer/scanner, I find myself using my phone more often for convenience even if it does suffer some quality.
No problem. Yeah, it’s better to just delete the default filters and then add some if you want to narrow down the results.
Really? Hmm, interesting… so you obviously don’t know how to search then:

Like 3 extra unnecessary clicks in every comment thread I go into… yeah, that’s unusable for me. And there have been github issues/requests for this already. For some reason, closed without actually implementing it.
It’s crazy not to have openmediavault or to ever discuss it on their shows. But I guess when the inferior competition like UnRAID is paying them to boost sales it’s better to ignore one of the best server distros for selfhosters. It is literally built for small business and home servers and it’s debian underneath which is great for power users that find shit like UnRAID limiting and shady.
Yeah, on desktop you can, I’ve used Firefox on desktop since it was called Phoenix and never used anything else… 20+ years. Firefox mobile is not usable to my workflows without a functional home button.
No, that does not work…
That home button is not able to be set to a specific URL making it useless to me.

And you can’t customize where that home button does, making it useless. You can not set it to a specific URL, I want to set it to the dashboard page that I selfhost that shows me the status of different things I want to see, gives me access to all my services, and has all my favorite links on it.

I can’t set it to a custom page, like the dashboard page of my server which gives me access to all my services that I selfhost, and favorite links.
Until Firefox mobile has a functional home button in the toolbar then I don’t care what the fuck the do because I won’t be using it. Dumb as fuck not to have it.
These fools are ridiculous. Ignorance.
Yeah, I feel the same way. I also settled on singlefile. I save them to my NAS in a organized directory. My NAS directories are mounted on all my computers so I just have a FireFox bookmark to that local directory and I can seemlessly browse and open them.
