Yeah, the stars indicate recent comments.
Works fine for me, same version.

Yet.
Have lemmy.zip defederated from feddit.uk as well? If not, why not? Is there a legal difference?
pretty hands-off
Given that the single admin @SDF@lemmy.sdf.org hasn’t been active in two years, yeah, I’d say that counts as “pretty hands-off”. The SDF organization as a whole will probably be around for decades to come, but they don’t seem to care that much about their Lemmy instance.
communicative about issues
Aren’t most admins this way?
*glances at your instance name*
Ah…
My current favourite as well. Super slick “temporarily hide read posts” feature.
option to group communities into one feed?
Multicommunities have been implemented at the platform level, and will be incorporated into a future Lemmy release: https://github.com/LemmyNet/lemmy/issues/818
I assume app developers will follow suit.
there are 3 separate communities on different servers about the same or very similar topics
Multicommunities are useful, but they don’t entirely solve the problem of userbase fragmentation from separate communities on similar or identical topics.
Further discussion of this problem and potential solutions here: Lemmy Needs to Fix Its Community Separation Problem
Yeah, haven’t we turned lead into gold before? (A few atoms, not the most stable isotope)
How is this a “first”?
Would you ever consider releasing it as an alternative front-end which instances could choose to implement, similar to Tesseract and MLMYM?
Thanks, that’s awesome!
pinging me here usually works
Might you consider including your Lemmy username on the about page? I feel like most people don’t know that lemmyverse.net is run by tgxn.
You mean uBlock Origin, right?

Perhaps you are right; I’ll remove it.
“not available on your instance”, my arse
My intended use in this context was to humourously “express disbelief in what was just said”, in reference to the pop-up error message. If that particular phrase is too vulgar, I can remove it.
That works, but then I can’t see the user instance. I want to see all the data at once! :)
