I skipped that whole initial peak: started on Ubuntu 20 years ago, moved to kubuntu after unity and moved to tumbleweed 6 months ago.
I mean, the whole webpage presents their argument why. It’s a whole bunch of garbage, but the’why’ is there.

We could go the other way as well: TI’s C2000 microcontroller architecture has no way to access a single byte, let alone a bit. A Boolean is stored in 16-bits on that one.

14·8 months agoIn honoring a 18 year old feature request, KDE Plasma 6.4 can now be configured so that dragging-and-dropping files to another location on the same disk automatically moves them rather than asking every time to move or copy. Finally!
I hope it’s configurable, I like the dialog. Though I guess it’d be faster just to remember to hold shift (?) for copy instead



Surely you didn’t actually mean “openoffice”…?
