Its more you are at the cutting edge where the general public will be in a few years. The only time I don’t see that happening is when I think of the tildeverse as that is more an offshoot than a evolution of the tech landscape.

8·12 days agoIrc solved this by having list servers domains that give a list of irc servers so instead of having random servers that go down you have a network of distributed servers that work together.

3·3 months agoThis may not be what you are looking for but what i did was by a really good wired in ear monitor earbuds then bought a bluetooth adapter like the KZ AZ20. Nice benifet is face on you cant tell that im wearing them. Syncing has never been an issue. Plus you can swap to wired at anytime.

POSIX would make more sense as its the collection of standards as that would encompass BSDs as well. Since you can run Linux compatible software with neither GNU utils nor Linux.
