Eg Tomorrow Biostasis requires quite a big payment upfront that is invested in low risk way that is expected to provide profit at least 1% above inflation, and the profit is used to pay for maintaining the preservation and later for revival and reintegration into society. It is designed to be long term sustainable to prevent disposals.

Yeah, it is by default that conservatives don’t want to include other voices. Old school liberals are bit better, progressives even but more. But all those has the basic subconscious (or even conscious) belief that their and only their values are the only one true, and all other people are wrong, even evil. But nevertheless, all those values must be (somehow) included in order for society to work. I suggest to read a bit about first tier levels in Integral theory or Spiral Dynamics.

Ken Wilber in his book “Trump and a Post-Truth World” nicely argues that western elites for decades failed to meaningfully include (real) conservatives in public discourse, decision making and fulfill their perceived needs. That raised their resentment. Trump greatly communicated that and gain popularity.

This view is based on developmental psychology and is criminally undercommunicated 🤯
