Generally hardware compatibility should be identical across all distros, as most drivers are baked into the kernel

The exception being Nvidia drivers, you have to install those yourself pretty much everywhere

I’ve also noticed the ghost touches on the 4, I don’t think it’s fixed entirely. Quite often have to physically put down the phone on a table to be able to press a button on the screen because I think it’s somehow picking up my palm even when it’s not touching the glass at all

It’s to speed up boilerplate and save you having to look up function names or language specific syntax for that one feature you want to use, not to entirely do your job for you
