Not as advanced as what you’re looking for, but I’ve been using a browser extension to flag and hide AI generated content https://detectly.xyz/
And for search engine, I’ve switched to Duckduckgo (using the noAI) URL which can hide some of those stuff in the search results.
I used Seelen UI for a couple of months before finally switching to Linux, so I can relate 😂 (I yearned for KDE, not Gnome but same energy).
