There is no child being abused by a generated image or a drawing.

And an AI generated image does not show a child being abused

No it isn’t, not anymore than a drawing of a car is a real car, or drawings of money are real money.

How are they abuse images if no abuse took place to create them?

They definitely both have pros and cons. After sitting in front of a computer all day for work, sometimes I just wanna sit on the couch and play some Spiderman without having to deal with connecting my gaming desktop to the big screen.
