

Looks like a Yellow Warbler to me. They like to be near water and are almost pure yellow with light reddish streaks on their chest, which I think I can see in the bird in your photo. Great shot! Warblers don’t like to sit still for long.

Most likely black-capped chickadee this time of year and in a box. My bird nest guide describes it as
a moss base and cup of plant down, fiber, hair, wool, feathers, and spiders’ cocoons
