I don’t have any recommendations buy will say that my watch is one thing that I’ve changed over the last 2 years to be “just” a watch. I would start by adding a couple more indexers but don’t go overboard. 3 or 4 should be good and then swap them out as needed. Also something to note is make sure you aren’t just “hit n run” on everything and seed properly.

This has been my default for a couple years now. Qwant search is ok at best but I mainly use it because I wanted an EU alternative with some privacy. As for Vivaldi I think its great, and especially with an OISD list with the built in blocker.
