We already have road legal level 4 self driving cars for sale in Germany (Mercedes EQS and S Class), level 5 isnt far away.

Anything that has a very low power draw. You already listed one of the common examples: a clock. Due to rechargeable NiMH batteries having a high self-discharge rate you would have to replace the battery every year, whilst an Alkaline battery would last 5 to 10 years. Other common household items that are a good example would be TV remotes, smoke alarms, or smart home devices like light switches.
(on a side note, you seem to imply the use of non-rechargeable AA, which holy shit, if they’re still a thing, must be purged, sweet jesus…who’s dumb enough to waste money on em???)
You should probably educate yourself on the advantages of rechargeable and single use AA batteries before calling other people dumb for still using Alkaline batteries.
Rechargeable NiMH batteries are great for most usecases, but even the ones that are designed to have a low self-discharge rate still are much worse in that regard than Alkaline batteries. There are simply use cases where rechargeable AA batteries make no sense and you are much better off with regular Alkaline batteries.

If you are from the US it will be pretty easy to get German citizenship, but you absolutely have to learn German to live here, since most older people here don’t speak English
Bonus points: In Germany all phones come unlocked, regardless if you get them with a contract or not, and we still get much better discounts on the phones than in America.
Often times the total cost of the 24 month contract ends up being cheaper than buying the phone without a contract, so you essentially end up with a free phone plan

You’ve clearly never run hackintosh. MacOS runs better than Windows even on PCs not made by Apple. The difference is especially obvious on Laptops, where MacOS gets almost as much battery life as Linux, whilst Windows barely gets about 2/3rds as much
MacOS has 25% market share for desktop operating systems in the United States. That counts as mainstream to me
MacOS had that feature for a long time, it’s pretty intuitive. I’ve never heard of someone thinking it’s a bug despite MacOS being very mainstream nowadays
Touchscreens are great to have, controlling Android Auto or Apple Carplay with physical buttons like you have to do in a Mazda is a nightmare.
The problem is when the touchscreen is used as a replacement for physical controls, instead of an addition. Stuff like controlling your climate control should not be exclusively controlled through the touchscreen
And don’t even get me started about VWs stupid decision to put touch controls on the steering wheel. At least they backpedaled on that decision pretty quickly
