I haven’t voted in years after reading the argument that voting mainly serves to slot you into a cohort, making it easier for governments and corporations to profile you. Recently I heard someone argue the opposite angle: don’t vote because none of the politicians deserve you. A comedian mocked that stance as basically holding your breath when you are angry.
Now I’m conflicted because both arguments feel compelling in different ways. What are your strongest arguments for voting, or against voting?

Just vote for human rights and destroying the mainstream political establishment at this point. We don’t really have a good option RN so voting for the Dems is about the only thing we can do. We really as a people however need to find a way to get rid of ALL of those people, whether they go gone to their homes or whatever else. Honestly they don’t really have a good option to deal with the Democrats being forced a win even without any media coverage, and billions in maga proganda and influence campaigns, so it’s not a bad strat. It forces them to act in even more absurd ways when the country is basically protest voting for Democrats despite their party leadership working hand in hand with the maga traitors and doing nearly anything it can think of to try to give maga the election.
