    Why Google in particular? Seems like this would apply (edit: not apple) to all the major models.

      How so? The investigation is into if google gave themselves an upperhand by unfairly accessing that which they limited to others, by forcing such terms on people who use their platform.

        Autocorrect put “apple” instead of “apply”

        I’m not saying Google shouldn’t be investigated. Just that they aren’t the only one. Microsoft, Meta and Amazon all have huge private data warehouses of customer data.

            And they all have antitrust aspects to them.

            You think Microsoft isn’t utilising Office365 data, or Meta don’t use Facebook/Instagram data. They’ll all be using data that isn’t available to others for training their own models.
