They are ironed, sure, but also, they are an actual “Straight fit”, seemingly with pleats(unless I am underestimating the wearer’s waist size). A trend that is hard to find ready-made nowadays. Even the pleated ones sometimes end up being tight on the thighs.
I use Linux Mint at work and Pop!OS at home. Sorry to disappoint.
