They do use PCs. Just not 100% of the time, but its 70% phone or tablet and 30% Laptop/Tower.

Most Worldpeople never even had a PC or even a Phone, so they dont count in this statistic.
Ashburn at 4.8% tells me this includes data center traffic, as not many people live there but a shit ton of data centers do.
Could it be from https://warrior.archiveteam.org/? They were archiving data the US government was removing, and the tooling uses a Linux VM.
Most servers use Linux so it should be at least at 30%. That stats are very weird or I’m really not understanding how they work.
It seems to specifically be looking at users who have gone on US government websites. Its not measuring all devices in the country.
Sorry, but I’m more curious at the Windows 2000 with 1%, which is more than win 7 and 8?! XP isn’t even listed, so I am pretty confused by that stat.

Some lab and manufacturing equipment are still stuck on incredibly old versions of Windows. However, the thought of those machines still touching the Internet to the point where it can be counted by these statistics is honestly terrifying.
