Anecdotally, working as a sysadmin if there’s one minority group that comes up more than any other it’s “Indian immigrant”. That being said, half of the 4 trans people I know irl are programmers. The others are an organic chemist and an alcoholic who lives off of her father’s disability check. Ymmv.
