Lawmakers fear Germany’s far right could be abusing its ability to view a database of thousands of internal EU documents.

there are so many red flags with this article:

    1. Sven Hölscheidt from the Free University Berlin, who has studied the databank said “there is nothing particularly sensitive in it” but Politico likes to make a fuss
    2. the focus on the AfD party as being the one to blame; the whole party, not individuals. Any individuals from any party can leak confidential information!

    pile of trash article

Well, my understanding of German society is vague, but I would not say it’s a nazi party. A moderate right one like CDU in the 80s, yes. However, according to state and conformist media they eat children at breakfast, but nobody has it on film.

They keep people in the party with actual neo-Nazi backgrounds and it has been proven numerous times through investigative documentaries. Don’t spread that misinfo if you aren’t fully informed about German politics

Well, that’s not the comment I was answering to.

Is there any proof? Or is this just the same old repeating mantra that AfD is nazi party? I am not really into it, I think I saw a state intel report last year, that should somehow proof it, but the only sort of proof they had, was some bad memes. No SA stormtroopers, no camps, no coup plot, nothing like that. You may not like this party, but this comparison is objectively wrong, it’s just a mockery of the evil that existed 100 years ago.

I heard that was a Correctiv coup and they lost a few court cases afterward.

No SA stormtroopers, no camps, no coup plot, nothing like that

These are all things that happen after the Nazis get in power which hasn’t happened yet. If you need proof about that, take a look at the us, they already started doing all of the above and are slowly ramping things up.

At the moment they are riling the people up. They try to block every change that would help the average person (not that there are a lot of those changes being done at the moment), while simultaneously blaming everything bad at any miniority group possible. They don’t have much of an actual Programm apart from black people bad and kill all trans but managed to get one third of the votes with hollow promises and beeing backed by a few of the biggest private media groups in germany.

The Verfassungsschutz (office for the protection of the constitution) considers the afd youth organization a right wing extremist group. While the afd may not be as bad as the nsdap was in its prime, half their members would wish that to be the case, so calling them nazis is fair game.

Hey, you’re wrong about the NSDAP. All of “things” besides the camps happened before their seizure of power already in 20s: braunshirts, beer hall putsch, consolidation under the Führer. Nothing of this is the case here, and frankly, I do not get how the shit going in the US is related to AfD.

apart from black people bad and kill all trans

Have you any source for it?

The Verfassungsschutz (office for the protection of the constitution) considers the afd youth organization a right wing extremist group.

Is it again some intel secret stuff, what was not published? Because it’s looks like some sort of the state police does that state police usually does - protect the status quo state.
