    Once again, its archaic baggage cockblocks microsoft’s policies. Even if it helps only a minor portion of the population.

    It’s a modern article so hopefully still works.

    This one uses the “net use” command instead of previous techniques.

    i have run across a couple systems (mass market retail nothing special) where you couldn’t call up a cmd window there at all, forcing you to sign in with msa just to use the pc. only other option would be a repartition/reformat and reinstall with a known ‘good’ installer.
